Therefore, when the pressure of the medium is measured, the measured working medium directly acts on the diaphragm, and the diaphragm deforms upward.
Then through the diaphragm pressure gauge working fluid, the pressure is transferred to the spring tube to produce a certain amount of deformation, and then the core is driven by the connecting rod, so that the pointer indicates the measured pressure value on the dial of the diaphragm pressure gauge.
2. Practical application of diaphragm pressure gauge
In actual work, according to different working environment and conditions, we need to choose the corresponding pressure gauge. For example, when measuring the pressure of general gas, water, etc., it can be measured with an ordinary pressure gauge.
You should use stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges when measuring some highly corrosive media, such as when measuring the pressure of media like nitric acid.
However, if the corrosive performance of the medium is stronger, or the pressure of the working medium is prone to crystallization or solidification, even if the stainless steel pressure gauge is selected at this time, the instrument may lose its function. The diaphragm pressure gauge can solve these problems.
